We utilize autonomous browser navigation, script generation, and voice synthesis technologies to create these videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit to Teaser. By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the website, or have explicit permission to generate content based on it.
  • The website does not contain illegal, harmful, or grossly offensive content.
  • You will not use Teaser to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious videos.
  • You will not attempt to exploit, bypass, or reverse-engineer our autonomous browsing agents.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

The videos generated by Teaser for you are your property. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the videos generated through your account. However, the underlying technology, code, branding, and AI models of Teaser remain our exclusive property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Teaser makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Teaser, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
